OUR INSTALLATIONS

NO COST Solution:
REVS Owns & Operates Charging Stations
  • REVS will facilitate and pay for the turn-key installation

  • REVS will own and manage the charging stations 

  • REVS will lease parking spaces from the property owners

  • Term of lease is 10 - 15 years depending on the cost of the make ready

  • The property owner/host will receive:

            1.​ Charging Stations with no maintenance cost                  or burden

​            2. Parking space revenue based on a                                       percentage of the annual profit​​

            3. REVS will reimburse for electricity usage on a                   quarterly basis

Property Owns Charging Stations & REVS Provides Management Services
  • REVS will facilitate the turn-key installation of the Charging Stations

  • Property Owner will pay for all "Make-Ready", equipment, and installation costs

  • REVS will file for grants on Property Owner's behalf and receive 10% of any proceeds

  • Term agreement will be 5 to 10 years

  • ​REVS will provide management services and receive a management fee based on:​

​              1. Profit generated by charging stations                         at the property 

              2. $20 per port per month
