David Aaronson
Founder & CEO
David has been a successful commercial mortgage banker for over 40 years. During this time, he has arranged debt and equity capital for commercial real estate investors and developers throughout the United States. Thanks to his many years of structuring real estate transactions, he is acutely aware of the opportunity for property owners to capitalize on this generational opportunity to sell and own EV Charging Stations.
Mike Aaronson
Co-Founder & Advisor
Mike is a Co-Founder and Advisor for REVS. Prior to starting REVS, Mike has held various positions across multiple industries including Corporate Development for a Global Security Consultant and Technical Manager at an Access Systems Tech Startup in Manhattan. As the former Head of Operations at REVS, Mike is pursuing his passion in technology and innovation to create new companies from the ground-up. He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree of Applied Sciences in Criminal Justice: Homeland Security.
Blake Redmond
Head of Sales
Blake joined the REVS team as the Sales Manager. As a natural salesman, his responsibilities include bringing in new clients on a national, state, and local level. Before REVS, Blake spent 4 years as a producer for one of the largest insurance brokers in the country. Prior to the business world, Blake spent 5 years playing professional golf on the PGA Tour Canada and the APT and earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Resources Management at Virginia Tech.
Scott Wise
Co-Founder & Principal
Scott has 32-year career in commercial real estate. As a former member of 15 years at Greystar’s Real Estate Partners Executive Committee, Scott was responsible for all of the firm’s development and construction activities across the United States. Scott is uniquely suited to understand the impact that EV adoption will have on the multifamily industry, and building a company to service the industry’s needs.
Jose Garibay
Head of Installations
Jose is the Head of Installations at REVS. Prior to joining our team in 2021, Jose spent over 8 years in the electrical industry as a lead Project Quotations Specialist & Project Manager at two of the largest electrical suppliers in Houston. As a United States Marine Corp Veteran, Jose naturally adapts to overcome any obstacles to implement the best solution.
Tex Tarango
Head of New Construction Consulting
Tex is an accomplished EV (Electric Vehicle) Consultant with 12 years of invaluable experience in electrical distribution. His passion for sustainable transportation and clean energy has driven him to become a leading expert in the field. With a strong understanding of power distribution systems, Tex has become a trusted advisor for individuals, businesses, and government entities seeking to adopt and optimize EV infrastructure.
Diana Cwick

Diana manages daily operations for REVS’ EV charging stations, ensuring high client satisfaction, securing grant funding, and driving impactful marketing results. With 10 years in customer-oriented sales, she excels at identifying client needs and delivering exceptional service. Previously, she founded Renegade Baker, a vegan and gluten-free dessert company, and studied education at the University of St. Thomas in Houston.
