David is an accomplished commercial real estate mortgage and investment executive with a demonstrated history of arranging capital for complex properties. Before entering the EV charging industry, David had a successful commercial mortgage banking career spanning over four decades. Throughout his tenure, David assisted commercial real estate investors and developers in securing essential debt and equity capital for their ventures. David has significant experience across diverse asset classes, including single-family and mixed-use multifamily residential, commercial office properties, retail land, hotel/property management, industrial properties, senior housing assets, and multifamily construction and acquisition. A Texas native, David graduated with a B.A. in Real Estate Finance from The University of Texas at Austin in 1980.
